Who we are, how we work, and where the money goes.

The cooperative exists to stand between the farm and the table. A member delivers the harvest; we grade, price, sell and account for it; and the member’s share of what actually sold comes back to them. No middlemen, and no crop left in the field.

Field to table, with every step on the record

1. Intake. The member delivers to the intake point, where the crop is weighed and booked to their name and batch.
2. Grading & packing. Graded, packed, and labelled with weight, batch and the farm it came from.
3. Sale. Sold at the farmers’ market, our kiosks and partner stores, at the price the member sets.
4. The member’s share. The member’s share is calculated on what actually sold, and paid in the next settlement run.

Governance

The cooperative is run by a general assembly of members which elects a board. Annual accounts and any distribution of surplus are approved by the general assembly, under the UAE cooperative societies law.
